By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the ClaimX platform, trading interfaces, launchpad services, or micro-rewards, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue platform usage immediately.

2. Prohibited Activities & Anti-Fraud Standards

To safeguard our community, maintain authentic organic platform metrics, and honor digital advertising network agreements (such as verified Web3 publisher standards), the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Automated Bots & Scraping: Using headless browsers, automated scripts, macros, or automated CAPTCHA solvers to trigger transactions or claims.
• Sybil & Multi-Account Farming: Operating multiple accounts, utilizing proxy servers, VPNs, or TOR routing to simulate multiple visitors or fabricate referral loops.
• Artificial Click & Incentive Fraud: Artificially clicking on platform advertisements, utilizing paid-to-click (PTC) exchange bots, autosurf programs, or encouraging others to click ads under false pretenses. All interactions with sponsor creatives must stem from genuine human interest.

3. Advertising Display & Voluntary Interaction

Advertisements displayed on ClaimX are supplied by trusted third-party networks. Users acknowledge that clicking on advertisements is completely voluntary. ClaimX never promises rewards, coins, or compensation in exchange for viewing or interacting with external commercial ads.

4. Launchpad Tokens & Trading Disclaimers

Tokens deployed on the ClaimX Launchpad by independent creators are decentralized digital assets. ClaimX acts solely as an off-chain order book technology provider and does not endorse, guarantee, or underwrite any community token's liquidity or financial value.

5. Account Enforcement & Forfeiture

Accounts found violating our anti-fraud rules, engaging in automated bot abuse, or utilizing malicious exploit vectors will face immediate suspension, balance forfeiture, and IP blacklisting without prior notification.

6. Modifications

ClaimX reserves the right to adjust reward schedules, cooldown intervals, and these Terms at any time. Continued usage following changes constitutes agreement to updated terms.
